Job Description
As a Private Trust Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio clients, providing high-quality fiduciary services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Your key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of private trust clients, ensuring the provision of high-quality fiduciary services.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and reviewing trust documentation, including trust deeds, minutes, and resolutions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing the administration of trusts, including maintaining accurate records, preparing accounts, and overseeing distributions.
- Providing guidance and support to clients on trust-related matters.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a trust management role, preferably within a corporate management company or bank.
- Strong knowledge of trust law and fiduciary services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional qualification (STEP or equivalent) is preferred.
