• Handle complaints and feedback related to the project site.
• Managed inquiries, feedback, and project-related complaints, following up with appropriate actions for resolution.
• Organized work schedules to prevent conflicts during repairs, fostering positive relationships with residents.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with residents regarding the development of the project.
• Liaised with residents, overseeing daily repair routines among workers.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.

Requirements:
