Inviting applications for the role of Trust & Safety Process Associate (Content Reviewer)

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Review, Rate, Classify, annotate, categorize, group or label content related to video, audio, text, image, documents or other relevant data based on defined guidelines to generate data sets for classification, production and machine learning purposes.

\xc2\xb7 Actively listen & review content for Inappropriate Language, Intent, Title / Thumbnails and other content for compliance to our policies and be able to rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content. Also would require to review response from users, comprehend and re-review content

\xc2\xb7 Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer

\xc2\xb7 Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance

\xc2\xb7 Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily

\xc2\xb7 Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action

\xc2\xb7 Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements

\xc2\xb7 Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to

\xc2\xb7 Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever important and requested by the manager

\xc2\xb7 Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks and duties;

\xc2\xb7 Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks

\xc2\xb7 Work at least once every weekend as per schedule- This job will request working in a 9/7 schedule with weekend shift once a month and reviewing content that might be egregious in nature, every day

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Any undergraduate / Bachelor degree with 0-1 years of work experience in a reputed company

\xc2\xb7 Eye for detail

\xc2\xb7 Social media & Video Platforms Savvy

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated stable job tenure

\xc2\xb7 Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs

\xc2\xb7 Highest level of professionalism and self-motivation

Preferred qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Trust & Safety Experience \xe2\x80\x93 preferably content labelling and/or moderation

\xc2\xb7 Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review

\xc2\xb7 Strong emotional intelligence and resilience

\xc2\xb7 Accurate and critical work attitude

\xc2\xb7 Ability to think critically and make quick decisions

\xc2\xb7 Enthusiastic and proactive team player

\xc2\xb7 Collaborative and has a growth mindset
