About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy in the master tracker & keep it up-to-date working with the PA analysts
• Schedule reminders for project reviews in PA analysts calendar / Project teams according to dates provided by projects
• Transfer of Project Artefacts from PA Review SharePoint to PA Shared folder for completed projects
• Help with Audit requests as and when required working with PA analysts
• Follow up on outstanding project deliverables & pending L2 approvals from projects working with PA analysts
• Ensure PA SharePoint is up-to-date with Review reports uploaded until the latest completed AG for all projects
• Assist in creating reports and perform data analysis where required

Job Requirements

• Available from May - October 2023
• Undergraduate or Post-graduate student
• Attentive to detail and is good with excel, data entry and analysis
• Possess knowledge of Information Technology
• A plus to possess Project Management methogologies - Waterfall and Agile
