What the role is:
This project focuses on streamlining and automating the onboarding and configuration processes within JTC's Project Delivery System, OPTIMUS v2.0.
What you will be working on:
The trainee will be responsible for: 1) Process Automation Development: Identifying opportunities and developing solutions to automate various stages of the onboarding process. This includes using custom code, selected tools/software, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency. 2) Process Streamlining Focus Areas: The scope of automation will cover: a) Automating the gathering of essential information from Project Managers (PMs). b) Streamlining the cascading of this information to vendors for system configuration. c) Enhancing the process for checking vendor configurations. d) Automating aspects of the direct configuration within OPTIMUS v2.0. This role offers practical experience in business process automation, system configuration, and applied AI, providing an opportunity to significantly improve operational efficiency within a critical enterprise system.
