Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Analyse process workflows and apply process improvement techniques
  • Gather business requirements from process owners and map work processes for various functions/departments
  • Conduct process assessments to identify suitable use cases for automation using technology or available tools such as RPA
  • Create process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document
  • Design, test and implement solutions as per the delivery lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot reported errors, identify root cause and provide timely resolution
Period:
  • Immediate till February 2025
Location:
  • Rafflesplace
Working Hours:
  • Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary:
  • up to $8000
