GENERAL SUMMARY This role will be responsible for SAT commissioning work. Experienced Process Commissioning Engineer will ensure all process equipment installed properly. PCE will make IQ document an GENERAL SUMMARY This role will be responsible for SAT commissioning work. Experienced Process Commissioning Engineer will ensure all process equipment installed properly. PCE will make IQ document and do IO TEST for instruments, valves and pumps as well as wet test for system and do training for customers. Finally, PCE will support customer production. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Site Process Commissioning -Lead the site process commissioning work on Dairy and Beverage production line IQ TEST -Make the checklist of Installing before commissioning and lead the improvement I/O TEST- Set instrument parameters and check Input / Output Water flush- Water flush for system piping and Check leakage Wet TEST- CIP SIP and Water Production OQ- Operational Qualification such as CIP checking, interlock checking Product TEST- The whole line linkage with product Production Support -Site production support and troubleshooting if be required, make training for customer Communication -Communicate with customer, PM and PD during commissioning SKILLS Experience of the food processing, chemical or pharmaceutical industry related to Liquid (dairy, beverage) is desirable. Familiar with related equipment installation, Commissioning maintenance & HMI Good written and verbal communication skills for English. Can travel to APAC country for site commissioning/installation work (work together with automation engineer for site commissioning). Able to work independently at site to resolve commissioning issue(s).
