Process & Design Executive
Job Description
:
1-1. Process Review based on "As-Is" - Observe or/and be hands-on for existing operations with Ops team - Create relevant materials for presenting to our customers
1-2. Operational Leads upon Projects - Organise external or/and internal discussion sessions to finalise the procures or/and system specifications - Creating meeting notes for all the relevant parties\' reference and review - Follow up on the relevant project tasks and update the completion with some relevant materials - Escalate any potential risks to Operations Excellence Manager (OEM) - Facilitate discussions with external or/and internal discussion(s) - Arrange and schedule system testing to collect all the relevant feedback from external or/adn internal parties - Become the centralised party to connect with the relevant parties such as in-house IT team
Requirement
- Minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar work experience in Warehouse / Logistics background.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environments.
- Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to motivate & manage a dynamic service-oriented organization.
- Ability to support change in a fast-moving environments & coach organization
- Able to speak, read and write English upon directly communicating with customers or / and appointed vendors
