Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Module process development and optimization.
- Consumable material evaluation and test.
- Data analysis, FACA and DOE test.
- Define and Export the standard specification document of process and material.
- Solving the technology issue to improve the process yield.
- Degree in Material, Chemical, Optics-Electronics, Physical, Mechanical or Science Engineering
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in China.
- Experience in assembly, film lamination, glue binding, wet clean or laser process.
