Job responsibilities:
Plan and execute process validation activities, including IQ, OQ and PQ Activities. Drive product quality through the development and improvement of current and future processes using sound statistical methodologies. Provide technical and project-based support for process and product development ensuring smooth implementation and validation of new processes. Deliver project-based processes improvements, individually and as part of a team. Document all validations, trial and qualification activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering with 2 years experience in manufacturing. Proficient in Minitab and JMP, or other software for statistical analysis. Knowledge of Design of Experiment (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Experience in Excel VBA for automation and data analysis.
