Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Optical defect inspection system, locating at Skyworks Bedok clean room.
• Job scope covers both of technical field and management field to support junior members in AOI team.
• Prepare document for management review for daily/weekly yield trend and defect pareto.
• Identify area to focus team resource.
• Create process recipe and execute test. Once test result is confirmed, release to manufacturing operators, with proper documentation work.
• Analyze test data to check production yield stability and publish report.
• Collaborate with team members, to identify cause of detected defect and reduce it.
• Guide new hire member to be familiarized with organization and work environment in clean room.
• Observe junior member\'s job stability and optimize job allocation.
• Feedback daily job performance to junior member, and give feedback if performance meet expectation, or anything to be improved.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s in engineering/Science.
• Work experience in electronics industry in clean room is required.
• Electronics/chemical background is preferred.
• Communication in English is required.
• Ability to travel for 5% of the time (if applicable)
