Job Description

You will be responsible to provide technical support to the commercial team and conduct tests for the machines and sanitising chemicals and solutions. Additionally, modify existing technologies, manage trials, assemble machines, and ensure product suitability.

The client is a World-class provider of manufacturing equipment for various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Flavourings, Chemicals, and Food products. They are committed to delivering safe, innovative, and environmentally-friendly products while emphasising responsible industry leadership and sustainability in their business approach. Currently they are expanding their operation and is looking for Process Engineer that has knowledge of cleaning and sanitising across diverse industries, including food, agriculture, and waste management.

Description

• Provide technical support to the commercial team and customers for organisation machines and chemicals
• Conduct physical, chemical, and biological tests and modify existing technologies using engineering concepts
• Develop and execute trial plans and risk management processes for new product and process implementation
• Perform on-site customer evaluations to ensure product suitability
• Assemble machines at customer premises, validate operation and processes (commissioning)
• Prepare technical reports and conduct post-installation visits and evaluations
• Collect and analyse data related to customer satisfaction after production
• Develop chemical protocols, dossiers, and propose tests and methodologies for the efficacy of equipment and chemicals under different concentrations

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Microbiology, Chemical, Biotechnology, Lifesciences, Food sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer/ Microbiologist in cleaning, sanitising and de\xe2\x80\x90odoring related industry
• Strong knowledge to perform physical, chemical, and biological tests for cleaning and sanitising machines and chemicals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
