Job Description
s:
- Lead technicians on process related functions to ensure production efficiency.
- Create proper process operation flow as per customer and business requirement.
- Ensure Work Instructions are properly maintained (Shop Floor Control & SAP process).
- Lead the team on Engineering Change Order and implementations.
- Track on Units Per Hour production, work on process improvement and kaizen activities.
- Support on NPI process and mass production.
- Implementation and maintenance of ISO activities.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Ability in liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
- Project management skills.
