Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the process and quality aspects of plating production; ensure the production runs smoothly while meeting quality and legal requirements Tackle problems relating to the manufacturing process and defects Plan and control costs within the budget Conduct product testing; evaluate and propose improvement of manufacturing processes, chemicals, and cost efficiency Review and handle Plating Work Instructions, check sheet, SOPs; and conduct briefings or trainings with the operational staff Handle and control Plating ISO, IATF, OHSAS, CSR-related documents and provide related refresher training Ensure plating process complies with good manufacturing practices and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, or Mechanical Engineering; OR a diploma-holder in a relevant engineering field with 3 to 5 years of experience Take pride in your work and are driven by a passion to succeed Exhibit a track record of trying and learning new things Love solving problems and aren't afraid to speak your mind * An excellent teammate and a self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision
