Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager
Identify with safe work practice to exercise the company's core values of Integrity, conservation, ownership, ethics and frugality.
To Complete the main Assigned project, "To Start up the Management System for the Movable Engineering Assets of the company, comprising"
Cataloguing of Hand Tools, Equipment, Spares and Consumables
Organising and Cataloging safe secure locations for the above movable
Engineering Assets
Implementation of a digital Issue/Return System for Hand tools and the like.
Make a dashboard for Management Analysis by cost, quantities, time.
To work with Maintenance Engineers in ensuring plants and machines are in good health at all times.
To adhere to all Statutory Standards and Regulations for all work processes.
To perform project documentation and reports accurately and concisely
To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
