Job Description

Job Scope:

• Cooperate with the project to introduce new products;
• Plan and implement production line according to demand;
• Participate in IPD product review, propose relevant suggestions and implement them;
• Responsible for developing new product manufacturing processes and continuously optimizing;
• Responsible for the process beat analysis of existing products and optimize the balance of production line;
• conduct safety management of process-related issues and incidents, and formulate corrective and preventive actions to reduce the occurrence of future risk incidents and improve safety and efficiency
• Preparation, training and optimization of process control documents and operation instructions (SOP);
• Responsible for the technical guidance, management, supervision and technical service of manufacturing site process;
• Continuous improvement of on-site product quality problems.

Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a

• Diploma or above, major in manufacturing process or related;
• At least 3 years experience in manufacturing process and IE;
• Familiar with manufacturing/assembly, software filling and integration testing processes;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Solidworks or Creo drawing;
• Rich experience in manufacturing process development, production line process balance and production line introduction;
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous and practical work style, strong execution;
• Good at learning, strong initiative, strong team spirit and communication, organization and coordination skills.

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 per monthWoking Schedule: Mon - FriFull-Time / Perm
