Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with Sales Department and Production Department on the implementation of engineering data
• Perform engineering data and changes as per request
• Maximize production & process efficiency by detailed study of the engineering data specifications while ensuring product quality
• Advice & recommend changes to engineering data and drawings to its specification when deem necessary to meet production capability.
• Plan the quantity and schedule the cycle time for prototype sample build.
• Prepare manufacturing process flow, work instruction, detail drawing according to customer requirement and in-house design.
• Researched engineering drawing and component to determine the type of tooling requirement.

Requirement

• Diploma in Precision/ Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent engineering studies.
• Good knowledge in manufacturing process and product costing
• Proficient in SAP is an advantage
