Draft process improvement ideas with the objectives to improve process / occupational safety, improve product safety/quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity/ productivity, and reduce costs.
Implement Process Improvement ideas via Management of Change system and/or non-regular work system.
Coordinate, arrange, and plan new grade trial run with the R&D and Operation team, and handle the trial run and the evaluation.
Troubleshoot plant trouble related to process, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive measures
Participate actively in HAZOP, FMEA, and Control plan studies as Process engineering functions for safety and quality improvement.
Oversee Process related capital expenditures project from conceptual design up to Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and lead the project assigned
Participate in the Company EHSQ program and cooperate with its promotion and improvement.
Collaborates with other departments in Management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651, IATF16949, Safety Case regime, Energy management system, and ISCC plus
Keep and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor / Master\'s Degree in Chemical Engineering
Min 2 years of working experience in Petrochemical Industries.
Possess Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) would be a plus
Familiarity with Safety Case Regime, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SS651, IATF 16949 standard and IEC 61511 standard would be a plus
Familiar with Process Simulation software such as Aspen Plus\xc2\xae, Aspen HYSYS\xc2\xae.
Familiar with Distributed Control System (DCS), logic and sequence modification.
