Job Description
- Support and drive quality control and root cause investigations for both internal (IQC) and external (OTB and customer defect) findings.
- Working closely with various departments such as Supplier Quality, Production, Quality Management and R&D
- Responsible for the process control of assigned product and using statistical process control methods
- Review and analyze data to ensure process stability
- Develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and resolving bottlenecks at the root cause
- Review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance with ISO9001 standards
- Develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes
- Support PSG in technical queries for manufacturing process when required
- Contribute to the review and approval of engineering changes, provide recommendations of improvements and ensuring change is implemented in Production/System Acceptance
- Conduct risk assessment with other stakeholders such as Quality Management, Production and Supplier Quality
- Involved in projects such as product knowledge transfer, process Improvement and ideas for cost improvement
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- Degree/Diploma in engineering related fields
- Good to have experiences in Automation or Manufacturing
- Candidates with higher experience will be considered for Senior position
- Candidates without experience can apply. The training will be provided
