Job Description

Dedicated Engineering support for new energy Projects which includes pre-FEED, FEED works in Singapore. Continual Engineering and Project Management support by ensuring proper integration of Engineering designs during project execution, testing and commissioning phase. Review and verify consultant and contractor's proposed design according to international industrial and in-house technical standards and requirement including compliance with statutory codes and corporate guidelines. Work closely with various internal stakeholders (subject matter experts, process safety, operations, etc) and external stakeholders (customers, contractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers, authorities). Review and evaluate engineering documents, consultant and vendor's drawing and specifications, evaluate and manage costs as well as a schedule of tasks, processes and quality. Be a part of the team towards preparation of feasibility and conceptual studies, FEED works, permits, QRA, basic and detailed engineering, evaluate vendor / contractors' offer. Participate in HAZOP review and other engineering studies. Participate in both internal and external meetings to facilitate Engineering concern. Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering from a reputable university with Oil & Gas background - ideally with terminal experience and refrigerated/cryogenic experience.

8 - 10 years related experience in design and construction of FPSO/ FSRU/ FPU Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards is expected.

Good understanding of terminal business and its drivers covering the technical, operational and HSSE point of view Proficiency with Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project) Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen HYSYS, Honeywell UniSim, etc.) Other computer skills (SAP, AutoCAD) are a plus. Prior project management experience is a plus. * Highly motivated and independent individual who can work under pressure, integrate and participate well in a diversified team environment, problem solving abilities, attention to details, analytical, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, positive attitude.
