Job Responsibilities:

Process Engineer :

Oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring high machine utilization, improved yield, reduced scrap rates, and overall operational efficiency. Supervise and train Assistant Engineers and Production Technicians, ensuring competency in executing assigned tasks effectively. Lead process and product improvements, including cost reduction initiatives, productivity enhancements, and equipment maintenance for sustained operational reliability. Coordinate with R&D teams to support new product development and drive the standardization, documentation, and training of new processes. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 by monitoring in-line QC, maintaining accurate SPC records, and implementing corrective actions for process deviations or non-conformance. Maintain and improve process stability and product quality, using data-driven analysis to enhance process capability and respond to customer complaints. Uphold EHS standards by adhering to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, enforcing workplace safety rules, and promoting a clean and safe working environment. Identify and mitigate operational risks, recommend safe work practices, and raise awareness of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices through ongoing education and training.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a production or process-related role. Comfortable speaking in front of team members for daily production briefings. Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, or related industries preferred. Open to working 12-hour shift rotations, including both day and night shifts.
