Job Description

Technical/Functional Responsibilities
Person shall be responsible for process design activities for Oil and Gas projects from conceptual stage till detail engineering.Activities shall include below:
1. Process simulation
2. Preparation of Process deliverables like Design Basis, Process Flow Diagrams, Material Selection Diagrams, Heat & Material Balances, Equipment List.
3. Preparation of Equipment Data Sheets, Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Cause & Effects, Line & Special Piping Item Lists, Safety valve calculations, Instrument Data Sheets.
4. Safety valve calculations , steady state & dynamic hydraulic analysis, thermal rating of heat exchangers, design safety reviews, HAZOP & close-out of HAZOP actions.Person shall be responsible for providing process inputs to other disciplines like Instrumentation , Mechanical , Safety and other relevant disciplines.Requirements:
1. Degree in Chemical Engineering with 5-8 years' experience in Process design of oil and gas facilities like FPSO, FPU, FLNG from conceptual stage till completion of detail engineering.
2. Experience should include process simulation, preparation and checking of Process deliverables, PSV calculations, hydraulic analysis, intelligent P&IDs, inter-discipline coordination, design safety reviews, HAZOP.
3. Person shall be conversant with process simulation tools, thermal rating of heat exchangers using HTRI, hydraulic analysis tools like FLARENET, AFT FATHOM, ARROW, IMPULSE, PIPENET.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 monthsSalary: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per monthSchedule:
