Process Engineer
Job Description
Process EngineerJob Responsibilities. Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency. Identify and source for the potential improvement method to improve process efficiency (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environmental). Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement. Designs new equipment and or improves existing equipment to improve process efficiency. Work closely with relevant departments to work on improvement plans / projects. Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadlineJob Requirements. Degree in Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials Science and Engineering or equivalent; or. Degree in Mechatronics Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.. Diploma in abovementioned fields with more than 3 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, programming and sensor deployment.. Basic knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology. Willing to travelOthers: . Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay) . Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm . Uniform & Lunch provided . Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
