Permanent Role Up to $4400 + AWS + VB MNC, Chemical Manufacturing Plant, Jurong Island Experiences in Chemical Process Engineering Knowledge of SAP or equivalent systems, as well as Chemical Process HazardsResponsibilities: Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high-quality products and to achieve company production and financial objectives. Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows. To plan, identify bottlenecks, undertake investigation and advise on possible resolutions of the same. To regularly communicate and liaise with other departments on-site to minimize the amount of non-conforming material and maximize capacity. Being involved in the development of process design and construction for capital projects is taken under regular supervision. To provide process engineering to improve the plant on quality, capacity, and SHE improvement issues. And develop tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades. To implement actions regarding the energy improvement plan and monitor progress. Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures. Assembles reports to document process status and changes and communicates findings and proposals to upper management. Renew yearly operational capacity and strategy based on past production data. Develop operating instructions, risk assessments, and training for production activities. Contributes to departmental KPI by accomplishing related tasks as needed. The role has no line management responsibility but is required to provide guidance to less experienced staff.Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines Min 1 year working experience in manufacturing/ operation from petrochemical or chemical industries Knowledge in SHE & QA Systems Knowledge of Site Processes and SAP or equivalent systems Broad technical knowledge in manufacturing processes also plays an active part in supporting safe operations or engineering.
