Job Description
The incumbent manages a team whereby he needs to address the link between the technicians that will run the machinery and maintenance people will help to troubleshoot the machine. Both needs to work together as a team because we are merge in core called engineering department.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Engineering Manager on matter of machine schedule & documentation
- Responsible to confer with management or subordinate to resolve worker complaints or grievances
- Direct and coordinate the activities of employees for daily routine of machine schedule, product quantity target, machine breakdown report, raw material control to meet the requirements as well as company goal
- Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees and provide training
- Analyse work orders, machine schedules and reports to determine the requirements & meet the goals
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or any relevant field
- Min. 1 - 2 years of working experience in Production/ Manufacturing Operations
- Knowledge in planning is advantage
- Strong leadership command and good interpersonal skill
- Able to perform rotating shift hours
