JOB DESCRIPTION * Ensure that all activities, are carry out work in conformance with Company and project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality system * Carry out work in conformance with pro JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure that all activities, are carry out work in conformance with Company and project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality system Carry out work in conformance with project guidelines and procedures Work closely with operation team and provide technical support as required Participate in meetings with client as requested Undertake process technical calculations for process plant Define, review, participate or head modification and project work within area of responsibility Consult Technical Authorities for support when necessary to fulfill task listed in this job instruction Define concepts, lead plan, manage, control, engineering deliverables required for the FPSO Topsides Process System within timelines and deal with and resolve all issues Performs software calculations (HYSYS for Process Heat & Material balance and check process condition evaluation), prepares design philosophy, design calculation for equipment size, pipe / valve size / flow calculation. Prepares PFD, UFD, P&lDs, equipment & instrument datasheets, C&E diagram, utility balance, conducts other process studies / reports, prepare facility description Evaluates all the bids received for process and utility packages from various suppliers and provide comments / approval in order to ensure selected vendors meet technical / engineering requirements Reviews / checks drawings and documents from several team members Participates in meetings, reviews progress and addresses interface / implementation / execution issues Carry out the activities with effective communication with other engineering disciplines, client and suppliers JOB REQUIREMENT Master's degree in Engineering Minimum 4 years of experience as a Process Design Engineer in the field of oil & gas processing, FPSO topside process system, chemical plant and water treatment facility, working at various levels in engineering project, i.e. Feasibility Study, Basic Engineering, FEED and commissioning work at site Minimum 1 project experience as a Lead Engineer in the field of oil & gas processing Minimum 1 year of experience in project management Experience in preparation of Design Basis, PFD/HMB, P&ID, Process datasheet for equipment and instruments, Hydraulics calculations and Utility balance calculations Detailed knowledge and application of regulatory requirements, industrial codes and standards relating to process engineering in oil and gas industry, such as API RP 14C/14E/14J which are especially focused on offshore production facilities as well as well-known standards of API 520/521 for pressure relieving system Strong personal commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental Performance Ability to work proactively with minimum day-to-day supervision
