Process Engineer

Job Description
- Design, calculate and optimize processes in the fields of ultrapure water and wastewater treatment
- Generate & review PFD\xe2\x80\x99s, P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s, material, quantity and energy balances, utility and consumable balances as well as technical data sheets for major equipment items
- Generate technical specifications for packaged units, process equipment
- Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works
- Participate in HAZOP and safety review or assessment
- Participate in training, commissioning and start-up activities
- Ad-hoc feasibility studies/task assignments
- To work within the Design team and to support project managers on all project activities
- Prepare documentation for submission and supporting project team on plant start-up, performance test, optimization and hand-over.
- Bachelor degree or higher in chemical / environmental / mechanical engineering
- Require minimum 3 years experience with good knowledge in process control, water and waste water treatment
- Applicants should be self-starters, able to work independently, and have passion for water/wastewater, chemical and/or environmental engineering
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Proficient with MS Office
