Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based chemical manufacturing field
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday ; 8.15 am - 5.30pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 5,000 (dep on exp) + AWS + Profit Sharing (VB)
• Provide Company transport at Lakeside and Boon Lay MRT

Primary Responsibilities

• Be part of the production and supply chain department to identify process capabilities, develop, optimize and implement new technology to improve throughput.
• Ensure production safety requirements are implemented and followed accordingly
• Assist in the development and upgrading of Quality Management System
• Assist and contribute in Production / Engineering / Warehouse improvement initiatives
• Prepare or execute technical studies and process validation assessments, protocols, and reports
• Participate in Process Safety Assessments
• Assist in the implementation and function of continuous improvement program
• Assist in develop maintenance plan for all process-related equipment and oversee that the plan is executed effectively
• Manage sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their course of work within company premise.
• Contribute to Identification of production / engineering root cause, implement corrective and preventive measures
• Coordinate in technology transfer and implementation of new equipment and technologies
• Assist in execution of training program, setting up of documentation and procedural control for current and new equipment
