Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations. To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities To update EC masterlist & tracking To prepare and update Working Instruction. To provide trainings over W/I to production. To support on the NPI Process To support production on mass run Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Good project management skills. A keen eye for details
