& Requirements Able to work independently to handle all processes from set up to problem solving

At least 2-3 years of hands on moulding experience
Must be able to apply Scientific Moulding / Window Study -4 corners approach to setup the moulding parameters
Must be able to write technical report
Must be able to communicate, write in simple English
Must have strong leadership with positive mindset to achieve company goal and objective
Good knowledge in 100k cleanroom operation

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible to provide engineering and technical support for all process and mold related issues for both new and existing products
Apply Scientific Moulding / Window Study - 4 corners methodology to setup the moulding parameter / process
Using Scientific process approach to determine the process window (LL : HH) range to run the mass production
Write technical report with technical recommendation to improve or resolve the problem
Must be strong in leading the team to resolve moulding defects using systematic problem solving approach
Set initiative to reduce operational cost through continuous improvement plan to meet customer cost reduction goal
Must have good moulding knowledge as to use creative skills to assist in solving design or manufacturing issue or constraints
Able to assist and support NPI testing team for all new project testing with proper records and trail reports
Responsible for all the 100k cleanroom activities
