Job Description
European MNC with manufacturing operation
Location: West area
- Lead and qualify semiconductor assembly material processes in areas of new equipment, new raw materials evaluation and development
- Troubleshoot process issues on existing equipment and materials to ensure sustainability
- Work with manufacturing / production team in terms of process, equipment, product characteristic, quality assurance and shipment
- Collaborate with cross function teams to define new and improved processes and workflow
- Continuous improvement in areas of yield, productivity, scrap cost and MES system
- Work with suppliers to support automation solutions for Industry 4.0 target
- Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of working experience in process engineering and sustaining in the backend semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of assembly materials processes (bonding wire, solder paste, mold compounds, chemical plating)
- Statistical tools using SPC, Minitab, DOE, FMEA, JMP
- Hands on, analytical, independent and multi-tasker
