Our client is a leading MNC in the food and beverage industry that designs and delivers customized engineering solutions for clients internationally. To grow the organization and strengthen its technical team our client wants to recruit a:

Process Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Southeast Asia

(Based in Singapore)

ORGANISATION:

You will report to the Business leader for APAC region. As a senior member in the engineering team and technical expert in process engineering, you will provide one stop solutions to clients in Southeast Asia. You will lead and support projects and provide deeper technical expertise to project teams and the client organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Participate in the identification, planning and execution of projects involved with process improvement.
\xc2\xb7 Lead and supervise various steps in project implementation to ensure quality and customer expectations are met.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and review of Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, project specific specifications, design calculation, analysis, procurement specification, equipment specifications, cause & effect Diagrams, operation & maintenance manuals etc
\xc2\xb7 Preparation & Issue of RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s, evaluation of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Project Managers and other discipline engineers to ensure proper prioritization and technical oversight of projects.
\xc2\xb7 Support business development activities by establishing technical credibility with potential and existing customers, providing input into the estimate, supporting proposal development, and performing technical reviews of subcontractor and vendor packages.
\xc2\xb7 Engage in skill development with the process engineering team.
\xc2\xb7 Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or Equivalent) in food processing technology or engineering degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical, or a related discipline.
\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in food or beverage processing industry as a process engineer.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in designing, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of beverage, dairy, or food processing equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated project execution experience and able to interact effectively with the company heads, technical decision makers, and subject matter experts.
\xc2\xb7 High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
\xc2\xb7 Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
\xc2\xb7 Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
\xc2\xb7 Advanced technical and analytical skills.
\xc2\xb7 Fluent in written and spoken English.
