Job Description
Job Title: Process EngineerWorking location: TuasWorking hours: Monday to Thursday (4 days work week)Rotating shift work, switch every 2 weeksDay shift: 7.45am - 7.45pm / Night shift: 7.45pm - 7.45amOther allowances
- Night shift allowance $15 per occassion
- Transport allowance $50 per month (except for taking unpaid leave and medical leave)
- Laundry allowance $50 per month (except for taking unpaid leave and medical leave)
- 5S allowance $20 per month
- Work closely with engineering manager on machine schedule, manpower allocation, machinery documentation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the machinery.
- Direct and coordinate the daily activities of teams on production to meet customer requirements and company goals.
- Demonstrate equipment SOP to employees
- Maintain ISO9001 and GMP documentation practices
- Ensure work process efficiency and execute improvements activities
- Diploma holder in any field with at least 1-year supervisory experience in production
- Knowledge of ISO9001, GMP, ISO13485
- Knowledge in planning is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
