Process Engineer - Tuas [LKH] MNC !! Training Provided !!
Our client is Pharmaceutical company and they are sourcing for Process Engineer to manage Agile Manufacturing Production System (AMPS) for new plant in Tuas.
Main job scope is support API manufacturing process improvement and response rapidly to the consumer and market changes for API products.
This is 12 months agency contract (renewable / convertible to perm).
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm.
Working location: Tuas South Ave 6, company bus pick up at Jurong East MRT
Responsibilities:
- Support global AMPS team and AMPS SME to setup AMPS System and build up Master Data
- Ensure seamless data flow through all interfaces (e.g. SAP, DeltaV) and hierarchies of system connectivity.
- Provide training to the engineer to configure recipes in AMPS
- Develop documentation for supporting the operation of AMPS e,g, SOP's, Impact Assessment, Change Controls, Design Documentation, Verification Documents and Reports
- Develop Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Investigate, report and troubleshoot findings on both quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing or during batch record review.
- Proactively monitor, identify, develop and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
