Responsibility
Prepare and maintain FMEAs and control plans for assigned processes.
Troubleshooting and escalation of machine faults and processes
Working with R&D to finish manufacturing-related components such DFM, ECP, work instructions, and customer/internal defects.
Collaborate with Product Managers to create a Scope of Delivery that entails the adoption of Statistical Process Controls for assigned production processes.
Complete the General Process Change control documentation.
Investigate and suggest new production methods and areas for automating, improving, and/or scaling-up existing processes.
Use sound Continuous Improvement methodologies to validate operational variance and execute test programs to discover key variables for process optimization.
Gather and analyze data from acceptance testing. Create findings and recommendations for process enhancement.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent
Preferably 1-2 years\' experience in machinery production environment
Experience in production environment, work processes and also working with cross functional team
Strong production and process background within the SMT industry.
Strong SMT industry knowledge
Experienced towards sustaining of products in series phase (mass production stage)
