Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, product quality, and cost control. Design, develop, and implement new or improved manufacturing workflows. Analyze process performance data and lead root cause investigations for process issues. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and industry best practices. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions. Support new product introductions by developing scalable and efficient processes. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, WSH). Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and maintenance teams for process integration. Lead technical training for operators and engineers on process updates and controls. Manage small-to-medium scale process improvement or automation projects. Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions for performance enhancement. * Evaluate new technologies and materials to improve production capability and reliability.
