You will be involved in/to:

• Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, Defect failure, and FDC failure & determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved & through studying past cases.
• Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures.
• Implement more user-friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures & TPM.
• All basic inline investigation reported real time to relevant owners with full details.
• Response to Lots on Hold. Disposition lots at real time, and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
• Set up preventive action/solution and robust system to maintain good quality.
• Support training of operators through spec documentation, establishment of training materials, as well as training of OJT trainers.
• Provide APE/PT with training to help them to improve skills.
• Set-up process recipe of newly introduced processes or new process equipment or tools.
• Study the process window and robustness of the existing process, and provide the best fact-based process, product/process industrialization.
• Manage equipment failure through Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Provide analysis to identify specific equipment failure mode for the maintenance team to work.
• Perform appropriate equipment qualification after every maintenance intervention.
• Perform FMEA on all critical process &/or machine.
• Work closely with the maintenance management to ensure maximum possible up-time with lowest possible MTTR.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Proficient in Manufacturing tools(e.g Klarity,SPACE,JMP)
• Basic understanding of SPC concept
• Basic DOE understanding and application.
