Job Description
Understand process requirement from Tender package and develop estimates for process design with deliverables
Prepare Preliminary process design for proposal estimate
Guide and prepare PFD with heat & material balance as required
Hydraulic calculations of various systems
Equipment design (Column Rating, heat exchanger, vessel, pump, etc) using software and codes/standards
Support in development of P & ID and review
PRV/Safety /Relief valves sizing (relieving scenario, sizing, including inlet/outlet line sizing)
Provide Instrument Process Data
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with working experience of more than 8 years in chemical and petrochemical plant.
*Experience of FEED project for chemical and petrochemical Plants is advantageous.
