• Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Process Equipment Technician

The Opportunity

• Focus: Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Office location: Singapore, Woodlands
• Working hours: 12 hours shift (Day/Night Shift)

The Talent

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance (experience in wafer fab or cleanroom environments is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and gas piping schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Comply with all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols at all times.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on assigned toolsets.
• Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to sustain and improve equipment efficiency.
• Use mechanical, electrical, and software-based diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Improve equipment uptime through systematic problem-solving and quality workmanship.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in established check sheets and tracking systems.
• Regularly review and update maintenance procedures and records.
• Monitor and analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and respond to out-of-control conditions.
• Maintain open communication with shift leads and engineers regarding equipment issues and updates.
