Process Improvement Manager (finance Shared Services)

Job Description
:
Lead process continuously improvement initiatives in SSC on processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
Responsibilities
- Drive process improvement activities within SSC. Participate in the reviewing of finance processes and organization, identifying opportunities to enhance finance partnering and reduce transactional effort to deliver an organization with improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work together with process leads (AP, AR, GL, Transformation) to identify improvement opportunities, ensure SSC's KPIs and objectives are met.
- Provide inputs into performance management and metrics analysis to support proactive management of SSC.
- Facilitate delivery of continuous improvement projects in SSC, system, and process changes.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Proficiency on SAP system.
- Strong fundamental knowledge in International /Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and principles of governance, risks, and controls
- Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form, with both internal/external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable leadership, supervisory experience, and skills, with the ability to foster teamwork.
- Advance usage of application programs (e.g., Word, Excel) to support own process duties.
- LEAN 6 Sigma certified or relevant exposure
