Support the development of new business proposals, including operating models and cost structures, and lead the setup of efficient operating sites.
Collaborate with the HQ PI organization to establish a business cooperation framework, covering process design, system and automation planning (Korea), on-site improvements, change management, and implementation of best practices.
Develop and maintain SOP-based inspection and operational management guidelines.
Oversee new site setups and ensure smooth operational stabilization.
Continuously monitor and mitigate operational risks.
Drive operational improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
