Job Responsibilities

Process Review and Optimization

Analyze the company's existing business processes, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and propose and drive optimization solutions.


Promote XFN process standardization, establish a data connectivity mechanism, and achieve efficient integration of information flows in finance, sales, projects, administration, etc.

Data and System Application

Assisted in building a data integration and visualization platform, providing real-time information support for business processes such as budget control, reimbursement approval, and performance commission.


Participate in the implementation and optimization of enterprise information systems (such as ERP, MES, WMS) to ensure the effective connection between business processes and systems.

Digitalization and Innovation Practice

Track the development of emerging technologies and explore the application scenarios of artificial intelligence and automation tools in Process management and Data Analysis.


Assist in promoting the implementation of digital tools and innovative methods in business processes to enhance the overall operational level of the organization.

Project Management and Communication

Participate in projects related to process optimization and system implementation, promote XFN collaboration, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.


is responsible for writing and organizing relevant process specifications, operation manuals, training materials, and improvement reports, and promoting the accumulation and sharing of experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant professional background in engineering, management science, information systems, data analysis, etc. Possesses solid capabilities in process analysis, data processing, and problem-solving, and is able to independently drive process improvement projects. Familiarity with common work and data analysis tools (such as Excel, Power BI, Python, etc.), and those with XFN data integration or visualization experience are preferred Familiarity with enterprise information systems (ERP, MES, WMS, etc.), with experience in system implementation or optimization preferred. Has a strong interest in digital transformation and emerging technologies (such as automation and artificial intelligence), and has the ability to explore and implement them. * Has good communication and coordination skills and XFN collaboration experience, with a good command of English, capable of reading and writing relevant documents.
