Responsible for the production planning / coordination of all manufacturing activities . Support daily material / production planning based on customer's order . Plan of production which includes releasing of work orders and ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements . Prevention of potential issues related to production . Optimize loading capacity and monitor movement of production orders . Monitor and coordinate on material shortages, expeditiong and ensuring processes . Maintain and ensure key performance metrics are met REQUIREMENTS . Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing related Engineering field . Minimum 4 years experience in Production / Manufacturing management . Knowledge on supply chain and material flow concept . Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with co-workers . Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP . Team player, self driven and able to work under pressure with sense of urgency
