Job Description

Key Responsibility:
Lead and deliver complex process reengineering projects across multiple operations functions Develop and deploy Lean Six Sigma frameworks, tools, and methodologies to embed continuous improvement and operational excellence. Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and root cause analyses to define target state designs. Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, digitize, and automate processes, balancing efficiency with risk and compliance standards. Build and maintain a structured project pipeline with measurable business impact and ROI. Mentor and coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners and foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement. Track and report on operational performance, process outcomes, and cost efficiency initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on process governance, operational strategy, and transformation priorities.
As an ideal candidate, you must have:
At least 10+ years of experience in process improvement, reengineering, or operations transformation, ideally within banking or financial services. Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred) with proven success leading large-scale process initiatives. Strong execution orientation-thrives in hands-on roles that drive measurable impact. Skilled change leader who can engage stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels. Strategic thinker with a disciplined approach to delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
