Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Process Safety and OE Specialist located on Jurong Island, Singapore through 19 January 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (SGT).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Facilitate the implementation, compliance, communication, and continual improvement of the Process Safety (PS) & Operational Excellence (OE) Management program.

Process Safety

Facilitate PHA & LOPA for process units on a Cyclic schedule, Capital projects and Management of Change (MOC).

Manage the Facility\'s Risk Management Program, which includes the Risk Management Metrics, Bow Tie diagrams, Safety Critical Interlocks & Alarms and Risk Reduction plan.

Facilitate Safety Case, Consequence Modelling and Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA).

Build TechSafe risk assessment fluency and competency in the organization.

OE MSC advisor (Operation Excellence Management System Cycle)

Facilitate & manage the OE Management System (OEMS).

Facilitate the OE Safeguard Assurance program.

Align with OE Leadership Team (OELT) and OE Process sponsors and advisors on the development of the OE business plan.

Provide support to line function leaders to improve the effective application of OE processes using MSC self-assessment tools.

Conduct OE field review to assess effectiveness of OE implementation and provide recommendation for continual improvement.

Build fluency and competency of the OE Management System Cycle (MSC).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering.

5 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical or chemical industry.

Strong facilitation and communications skills.

Able to work independently and a team player.

Certified PHA and LOPA facilitator will be an advantage.

Familiar with Chevron Operation Excellence Management System (OEMS) will be an advantage.

Demonstrate "We Lead" behaviors.

Relocation Options:

Selected candidate will be based in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
