• Position Title: Process Technician / Process Engineer
• Working Location: Yishun
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot process issues related to the product.
• Analyze product defects, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
• Conduct trial runs for new molds and materials.
• Set up Standard Molding Charts as production guidelines.
• Optimize settings to improve cycle time and increase productivity.
• Troubleshoot molding process defects and resolve material or equipment-related issues.
• Perform various studies to establish the molding process window, including: Mold viscosity study, Cavity balancing study, Process window study, Gate seal study, Cooling time study, Injection peak pressure study
• Conduct measurements and inspections when required, such as Tensile pull force measurement, Push-in & push-out measurement, Visual inspection using a 2x measurement scope, Loom test
• Assist Process Engineers in auditing manufacturing processes, validating efficiency, and improving safety.
• Support Process Engineers in creating work instructions for process improvement and troubleshooting guides.
• Handle any assigned projects or ad hoc duties as required.

• At least Diploma with minimum 3 years of related molding experience.
• Hands-on experience in molding process optimization and process window development.
• Strong understanding of molding processing properties.
• Proficient in using fishbone diagrams and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
