Human by nature.Process Technician (Pioneer Encapsulation Plant, 1 year contract) - Your future position?Reporting to: Production ManagerLocation: Pioneer, SingaporePurposeAs a Process Technician, you will work on complex assignments and operate on chemical production equipment and machines, to produce fragrance products of varying complexity in accordance to quality policies to meet desire deadlines.Primary Responsibilities:Perform commissioning and qualification activities.Independently execute chemical process by operating designated chemical production machines and equipment.Select intermediates or raw materials, move and load into production machines.Perform in-process quality testing to ensure customer specifications are met. Identify deviations and document/communicate them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Contribute to improvement efforts in designated areas.Understand bill of materials or formula specifications, so the proper quantities of materials are added in the proper sequence.Manufacture product in a safe manner according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards.Read control instruments, prepare neat and accurate records for all operations.Perform maintenance on the production equipment.Troubleshoot complex problems and provide recommendation for correction.Prepare product packaging for next step in production or for final shipment to customer according to department specifications.Maintain neat and clean shop floor and workplace and complete all sanitation and housekeeping duties.Work following all relevant requirements including but not limited to GMP, OSHA and internal safety guidelines.Provide on the job training for new operators and guidance to less experienced employees.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
