Job Description
Remuneration Package: Up to Basic $3,000 + Fixed Allowances $1,000 (With Relevant Years of Exp)
Benefits: Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
Working Location: Jurong Island, Company Transport Provided
Shift Work: Rotating 12 Hours Shift
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Plant
Key Responsibilities:
Support plant commissioning, start-up, shut down, and daily production activities. Operate production equipment, conduct quality checks, and carry out minor maintenance tasks. Perform field inspections, collect samples, and record operational data to ensure plant reliability and efficiency. Participate in the Emergency Response Team - including regular training and execution of safety protocols. Comply with and contribute to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, or Electronics. Willingness to perform 12 hours rotating shifts. A strong team player with initiative, resilience, and good communication skills. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
