Description
- Lead and train team in company way of working such as Continuous Excellence, Code of Business Conduct.
- Manage resources efficiently and assist Manager to prepare shift roster, ensuring smooth operation and shift pattern.
- Lead and ensure compliance to Safety at work, Operational Instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
- Lead the team in maintenance and operation of all processes and equipment, including management of food safety through Operational Prerequisite Programmes/Critical Control Points such as verification of metal detectors.
- Participate and lead improvement and productivity projects.
- Participate in Daily Operational Review and Shift Handover.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Min Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical/Chemical & Food Process Technology or relevant experience.
- Digital Skills.
- Experience in Production Work will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Fast Learner and high adaptability.
