You will help to ensure that patients and physicians have the medicines they need, when they need them.What You Will AchieveYou will be operating automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures. You will perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identify variations. You will be trained in hazardous material handling and emergency procedures as these processes may generate high pressure and/or critical reactions.As part of technical operations, you will be a team member who is relied to have a good understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your decision making will help you prioritize workflows based on the available resources. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity and timing. You will contribute to the team\xe2\x80\x99s success by sharing your previously acquired knowledge.It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve It

• Perform Material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection and change out and charging operation as per SOP.
• Perform pre-campaign set up, post campaign activities and change over cleaning.
• Perform panel operation, monitor process trend and perform alarms response observed control panel operation alarm using DCS Delta V control system.
• Ensure proper communication and handing over of shift duties.
• Responsible for updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work.
• Complete all documentation according with GMP and GDP standards. Be accountable for the Good Data Management and Data integrity
• Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other function when required.
• Responsible for preparation and clearing of equipment for maintenance work.
• Facilitate shift monthly safety meeting.
• Take immediate action to resolve any near miss situations.
• Report all actual, near misses and potential accidents for further investigation.
• Assist in investigation of all actual, near misses and potential accidents. Provide information to troubleshoot and take initiative to resolve operational issues independently.
• Perform system transaction and operation such as gLIMS, AMPS, SAP, EMAS, etc.
• Complete all the required training by attending scheduled training, CBT, SOJT, JSA, WI and read and understand.
• Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
• Assist in project commissioning and validation activities as necessary.

QualificationsMust-Have

• Diploma in a technical discipline;
• OR GCE \xe2\x80\x98O/A\xe2\x80\x99 levels
• Senior Process Technician - 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industry
• Process Technician \xe2\x80\x93 0-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industry

Nice-to-Have

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Experience in a chemical or formulation manufacturing environment
